His work through 2011 and early 2012 focused on exploring the public\u2019s understanding of the phrase \u201ccommon ground\u201d as, locally, it is applied to several distinct and unrelated initiatives and concepts. Not surprisingly, he found that the term connotes diverse meanings for different people. As such, his work, published in the paper\u00a0<em><a href=\"http:\/\/cgrf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Whats-in-a-name-The-search-for-common-ground.pdf\">What&#8217;s in a name?
